How do I find the item I'm looking for on GopalaAyurveda.com?
There are two ways you can find products on the site, either browse through the listings on the left hand side of the screen or use the Search our shop feature, which is very fast and very accurate.

How do I order from the website?
When you have found the product you are looking for, click on the "add to cart" tab that appears next to that product. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time before going through the 'Checkout'. If you make any changes to your cart remember to click the "update" button to make the changes. Once you have a selection of products that you are happy with, click ‘Checkout‘ to enter our secure area and fill in the details we ask for, and then sit back and let us do the rest.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items that are in stock will usually be shipped within 48 hours of order placement and should reach you within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. You will also receive emails from us keeping you updated with the progress of your order.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
Out of stock, isn't out of reach. If there is an item you are really trying to get hold of then please e-mail us at info@gopalaayurveda.com with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.

What are your Shipping / delivery Charges?
We offer Free shipping and handling/postage and packaging on all orders over US $60 value. For orders up to US $60 you will be charged a nominal US $9.99 shipping charge.
 
Will I have to pay import duties?
With our experience we have seen that the customers whose shipments had their residential addresses have not paid any import duty as yet. However, we are unable to guarantee this as we have no control over VAT, customs taxes, and import duties and we cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
 
How do I find out how my order is progressing?
If you would like to make an enquiry regarding the status of your order, please contact us by emailing info@gopalaayurveda.com with your order no. and date.
 
I've recently placed an order with GopalaAyurveda.com but would like to cancel it now. Can you tell me how to go about this?
If you wish to cancel an order, then you can do so by emailing us at info@gopalaayurveda.com within the same day of placing it. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you.
 
Is it safe to give my credit card details online?
All transactions take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure the highest level of security when you enter your personal and payment details. To verify that you are shopping in a secure environment, a padlock will appear in your browser. It is normally in the status bar, towards the right hand side, at the bottom of your browser window. Please note that if you're using an older browser which doesn't support 128-bit encryption you may be having trouble accessing our secure pages. Then you need to upgrade your Internet Browser.
